Since 2019, Ksilink has been part of the JUMP-Cell Painting Consortium, a collaboration between 10 pharmaceutical companies, six supporting technology companies, and two non-profit partners.

Our publication here describes the largest, freely available Cell Painting dataset of 136,000 chemical and genetic perturbations, systematically acquired across the 12 partner sites in five replicates. The data set offers a flurry of opportunities that we will use to improve and accelerate morphological profiling applications to advance phenotypic drug discovery approaches and therapy development.
