Work/life balance and team building activities

A Sports & Art allowance to improve life/work balance. It may cover your new pair of running shoes, sewing classes, or attending the next concert of [you name it!].
Our badminton team (all levels accepted!) was launched in 2022. Here, we are happy to mix with colleagues from other companies with whom we share our building.
Note that Ksilink is set in Strasbourg which is one of the most cyclable cities in Europe (Strasbourg is flat, which helps…). A few kilometers from the French Vosges and from the German Black forest, you will find many ways to entertain yourself after work!

Competitive remuneration package

Ksilink aligns remuneration packages with biotech companies’ standards to onboard and secure best employees.
Depending on your responsibilities and experience, your remuneration may include an individual performance bonus. A profit-sharing plan (‘accord d’intéressement’) has been signed in 2021 and is renewed every year since then: this company performance bonus is served to all employees based on global objectives aligned with projects’ progress and timelines.
Ksilink offers lunch allowance. In addition, and on top of legal transportation allowance, we offer bike allowance to encourage use of eco-friendly transportation means.
Ksilink covers 70% of your health insurance.
Ksilink has joined the SYNTEC collective agreement in January 2023. This organization signs collective agreements that regulate relationships between more than 98,000 companies and their 1.2 million employees in France. This way, Ksilink ensures compliance with professional standards.
